In addition, QAA highlighted a number of instances of good practice that the review team considers makes a positive contribution to the students' learning experience. They were particularly impressed with the College's strong and long lasting links with employers, some of whom have worked with the College for over 30 years.
Richmond upon Thames College is delighted that QAA recognises the College's efforts to ensure that all HE students have a good experience and that the College meets expectations in all respects of the review criteria.
The College boasts a niche provision for its Higher Education work focussing on Graphic Design, Engineering and Construction, Early Years and IT for eBusiness. Students were clear in their views to the QAA reviewers that at RuTC the provision is excellent and they felt supported as well as stretched and challenged. The majority of the students are either in work or find employment as a result of studying at the College.
