Merits Training Restaurant is RuTC's thriving restaurant where our talented trainee chefs serve international rugby supporters, local charities, businesses and people from Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston, Surbiton, Teddington, Barnes, Hounslow and other surrounding areas. Our students also get work experience and Apprenticeships at some of the best local restaurants. 

If you are over 19, please note that as of September 2016, there will be no more adult funding for Level 2 and 3 NVQ cookery courses.
