Apprenticeships aren’t restrictive. You can choose to start an apprenticeship at any point in your education journey. Anyone over the age of 16 and living in England can do an apprenticeship – there’s no upper age limit!
If you have a particular career goal in mind then an apprenticeship programme could be ideally suited to you, providing the specific set of skills you need to get there. Apprenticeships are also great for those already in employment looking to develop their existing skills and knowledge.
