The talented seventeen-year-old appeared with his band We!Are in the late teens category of the event - held at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham - performing an original song entitled Shining light alongside former RuTC student, Jeniequa Quamina.
Jordan, who came to the College from Acton High School and who also studies a BTEC level 3 subsidiary diploma in music technology, had to battle through regional and area final heats of to make the Birmingham showpiece, impressing judges with original songs 'Sweet Rose' and 'RUN!' The panel described We!Are as "a talented group with catchy songs that have great melodies."
"Reaching the national finals in Birmingham was a really proud moment and playing at the NEC is something I'll never forget," said Jordan. "The whole competition has been a brilliant journey and has made me even more determined to succeed in the music industry."
