Made in Richmond Launches First Alumni Event

For the first time ever Richmond upon Thames College (RuTC) gathered their newly launched Alumni Association, known as ‘Made in Richmond’, on 25th July for a networking event at Pitcher & Piano in Richmond. Guests came from a variety of career backgrounds and shared their experiences on the sunny riverside of the borough in which they were once students.

Among guests were Katya Dolgodvorova and Ali Adham who were within the same friendship group at RuTC; they had not seen one another in the seven years since leaving RuTC and embraced the opportunity to re-connect. Ali has now founded his own company as a Health Insurance Broker at the age of 24 and Katya works in publishing for Penguin Random House Publishers after completing an apprenticeship with Microsoft. The evening was enjoyed by all and guests are already looking forward to the next Alumni event!
