RuTC enrolment 2018

Thank you for your interest in joining Richmond upon Thames College this September 2018 - your #1 choice for education and training.

Enrolment starts on Thursday 23 August 2018 from 9am (GCSE results day) and ends on Friday 14 September 2018 at 5pm. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you enrol with us as early as possible, and preferably before induction/teaching begins (induction begins on Monday 3 September / teaching begins Monday 10 September).

We have a range of courses for both 16-18 year olds and adult learners including:

  • Apprenticeships
  • A Levels
  • Technical vocational qualifications at Level 1, 2 and 3 (including BTECs, NVQs, Cache and UAL
  • Access to Higher Education courses*
  • Higher Education courses*
  • Professional qualifications including AAT, ACCA, Fitness Instructing, Personal Training, Catering and many more*
  • Leisure courses for adults*

*adult learners only

If you have applied and been interviewed already, we will contact you by email and post in the next few weeks with more information about your enrolment.

If you do not attend your enrolment slot, you will still be able to enrol however; we cannot guarantee a place on the course of your course will be available. What will I need to bring?

There are essential things you need to bring:

  • All your GCSE results and/or most recent qualifications (we cannot enrol you without your results!)
  • Photographic ID (we cannot enrol you without this!)
  • Your conditional offer letter from our admissions team 

Adult enrolment

Enrolment for our adult courses will take place on:

  • Tuesday 28 August 2018 - Wednesday 29 August 2018, 9am-7pm
  • Saturday 1 September 2018, 9.30am-1pm
  • Tuesday 4 September 2018 - Wednesday 5 September 2018, 9am-7pm
  • Tuesday 11 September 2018 - Wednesday 12 September 2018, 9am-7pm

Walk-in enrolment

Our walk-in enrolment starts on Thursday 23 August 2018 from 9am (GCSE results day) and ends on Friday 14 September 2018 at 5pm.

If you have not applied to the college but would like to join us in September 2018, then you can come along as a walk-in to apply, be interviewed and enrolled on to a suitable course* at the same time.

However, there is still time to apply for this September 2018. You can complete your application here.

Applications close on Friday 10 August 2018.

*subject to availability, we cannot guarantee places will be available for all walk-in students however we will be able to discuss available options with you at interview.
