With 50 years of experience in work-based learning programmes and expertise in highly flexible delivery, The Open University is strongly positioned to offer high-quality degree apprenticeship programmes for new and existing staff in your organisation.

Degree apprenticeships can be a valuable way of upskilling your organisation and delivering greater productivity and could become a great asset in your organisation’s staff development strategy. Whilst there might be considerations around the impact of having staff take on the commitment of a degree level programme, The Open University's highly flexible delivery model and exemplary support for both the learner and line manager offers organisations a manageable solution.
