AAT Diploma in Professional Accounting Level 4

Finance is the most required hard skill by employers in the UK followed by auditing and accounting, according to the Skills Gap Trend Report 2021. With gaps in the sector job market, there has never been a better time to learn accounting to help move your career forward.

AAT Accounting Diploma Level 4 is the advanced level of the AAT Accounting Qualification. It covers financial team leader skills, including financial statements for limited companies, complex management accounting tasks, management skills and specialist learning areas.

The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) is an established and well-respected international accountancy body with a growing membership totalling 120,000; the AAT qualifications are highly valued and respected in the workplace.

Having qualified, for those who wish to continue to take ACCA or CIMA, the AAT Technician qualification gives exemptions at Foundation level. AAT is also the non-graduate route to becoming a Chartered Accountant.

The five modules that make up this qualification are:

  • Applied Management Accounting
  • Drafting and Interpreting Financial Statements
  • Internal Accounting Systems and Control
  • Business Tax
  • Personal Tax
