On this site you will find   information about the Corporation members, the work of the Corporation and its   governance of the College.

The Corporation Board is the   governing body of the College, comprised of people from a range of backgrounds   reflecting the community the College serves, including staff and learners.  The   current members of the Corporation are listed in the Constitution section.

In general terms the Board is   responsible for the overall functioning of the College, including the quality of   service that the College offers to learners, as well as the College’s financial   health and strategic direction.

The Board is committed to a policy   of open governance.  Accordingly, agendas, minutes and other papers relating to   meetings of the Corporation are normally available for public inspection, by   application to the Clerk to the Corporation.  Details of committees, their   relevance to the College and the minutes from their meetings will be found on   this site.

Access to meetings of the   Corporation or any of its Committees is at the discretion of the Chair   concerned, to whom any request should be addressed in writing at least seven   days before the date of the meeting concerned.
